How can I buy lift tickets online?

You can buy your skipass in three ways:

1. Top up your existing SKIDATA keycard – and you're ready to hit the slopes!
To top up an existing keycard, you will need the 23-digit number on the back of your keycard.
Registration in the online shop is essential for some products.

2. If you don't have the SKIDATA Keycard yet, buy it online together with your ski pass, scan the QR code from your receipt at the Smart.cash machine and collect your ski passes!

3. Use your smartphone as a ski ticket!

download the "Key2Ski" app from the APP store or Google Play on your smartphone and click directly on the link to the ticket on your cell phone or scan the QR code of the ticket with the APP

May I buy severeral lift tickes in one transaction?

Yes, you can purchase multiple lift passes for your family or friends in a single order.

The lift pass details will be linked and stored in “My Account.”
The passes can be managed in “My Account.”
Next year, when you place your order, your keycard number, names, etc. will already be registered.

We store your data and link your various tickets to a single user account. Your ticket and the associated tickets for your family and friends can be easily managed. The next time you want to buy a ticket, you won't need to register keycard numbers and names again.

What are the admission prices for children?

Children aged 0-5 accompanied by an adult travel free of charge.
Except for children on ski courses, who require their own ticket for the facilities.

Family tickets in summer:
The second and all subsequent children travel free with the family ticket!

Family tickets in winter:
The third and all subsequent children travel free with the family ticket!

ID checks may be carried out!

How do I make a group reservation?

To purchase tickets on site, advance registration by email is required: info@go-ofterschwang.de. We recommend advance registration for groups of 15 or more. Smaller groups can purchase individual tickets at the regular price in the ticket shop.

How may I cancel my ticket or get a refund? - Cancellation Protection Upgrade

Cancellation or modification of your order is only possible if you selected the cancellation protection upgrade when purchasing the tickets; it is not possible to book the cancellation protection upgrade retrospectively. This requires prior registration and the creation of a personal user account. This allows the booking to be canceled free of charge. The valid cancellation scale can be found under Additional Products – Cancellation Protection Upgrade – Information Button after you have added the desired ticket to your shopping cart. Changes without this upgrade or after the deadline have expired are not possible. In the event of cancellation, you will receive the value of the booked tickets in the form of a voucher. A cash refund of the amount is excluded.

What are the conditions for transporting bikes and strollers?

Bicycles can be booked in the online shop as an additional product at the applicable price. These will be loaded and unloaded by our train staff.

We transport strollers free of charge, and this is also handled by the train staff. Please ensure that the stroller is collapsible and that all bags are empty.

Can I purchase the parking ticket via the online shop?

No. The parking spaces belong to the municipality of Ofterschwang and must be paid for separately, either at the on-site ticket machine or via the Parkster app.

How can a voucher be redeemed?

Select the desired product in the online ticket shop and add it to your shopping cart. When paying, select “Add voucher” from the payment methods and enter your voucher code.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are very welcome on our trains!
You can book your four-legged friend in the additional products section at the applicable price.

There is currently no muzzle requirement, but please observe any notices or instructions given by train staff.

What else should be considered?

Ofterschwang is a protected landscape area. Be part of it and help keep it that way.

How do I get my tickets?

Pedestrians:

e-Ticket

(access with barcode/QR code scanner)

After purchasing and paying in the online shop, you will receive an email. This contains the QR code and represents the ticket. Have this ready and go directly to the mountain railway.

Winter sports:

Keycard: Reusable data carrier

Do you already have a keycard? Then please note the following steps:

  •  You must register with a personal user account in the online shop.
  • Select the desired ticket.
  • Link it to the keycard number (usually on the back of the data carrier).
  • After successful payment, the ticket will be digitally loaded onto the keycard.
  • The ticket will be activated and access granted the first time you pass through the turnstile at the lift. (This may take up to 10 seconds.)


Don't have a keycard yet?
Then you can purchase a keycard from us at the ticket office at the valley station at the current price. 

Mobile Flow: digital smartphone ticket

100% digital ticket on your smartphone – without having to take your phone out of your pocket.

  •  To do this, you must register with a personal user account in the online shop.
  • Select the desired ticket
  • Complete the payment process
  • Download the free Mobile Flow app to your smartphone and activate it on your mobile device
  • Then go directly to the turnstiles at the lift


Ticket machine - Pick-up voucher

Take your pick-up voucher (a document with a QR code) directly to the ticket machine and hold the code up to the reader. Then follow the instructions on the machine.

The pick-up voucher will be sent to you by email after booking. If the email cannot be delivered to your inbox due to a spam filter, you can download the voucher from your user account under “My Tickets.”
